When will I recive my order?

Once the order is placed, it takes us between 24 and 48 business days to prepare the package, always depending on the volume we have at any given time (generally, this process is very fast).

When the package has been prepared, an email will be sent to you with the corresponding tracking number and when it arrives at your home with GLS, the carrier will normally send you an SMS to tell you that it will arrive shortly at the address you have marked.

If you are absent or cannot find the marked address, the carrier must call you.

For the delivery of orders, we use the transport company GLS.

We work from Monday to Friday, so shipments will not be made on weekends, we apologize for the inconvenience.
